1901 Rambler automobile Schoharie, NY

The Rambler (1901) – Schoharie County’s first automobile, and the name of our Member Newsletter.

The Schoharie Valley Region (SVR) is a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America.   We are nestled in the northern foothills of the Catskill Mountains of New York.  Our members own and care for our classic vehicles from the early 1900’s through the 1990’s.  Most of our activities involve driving our old vehicles and hosting our Annual Car Show at the Blenheim-Gilboa Visitors Center.  We’ve had “Breakfast Tours”,  “Ice Cream Tours”,  and our annual “Mystery Tour”!   Always looking for an excuse to drive the old iron, we caravan to local car shows and join in local parades.
